Is Florence free to use?
Creating a profile and browsing matches is free. To view full profiles and contact a match, you’ll need an active subscription. Get in touch with our team for current plan details.
Is Florence available as a mobile app?
Florence is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. In the meantime, get in touch with our team to find out how to get started.
How are profiles reviewed and verified?
Every profile is checked by our admin team before it becomes visible to others, so there are no bots, fake accounts, or unreviewed strangers on the platform.
Who can see my photos?
Your photos are hidden and shared only by mutual consent, and are completely optional.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Your details are only shown to other members as part of the matching process, and photos are hidden until a match is mutual. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
Can my family be involved in the process?
Yes. Florence lets you decide how involved your family should be, from required at every step, to simply kept informed, so the process works the way your family approaches marriage.
What happens once there’s a mutual match?
The connection moves through a clear, guided process, from introduction, to getting to know each other and involving family, through to nikkah planning, so both sides always know where things stand.
