We also collect account information (like your email) and basic usage and device information needed to run the app, including push notification tokens.

We use your information to build and review your profile, connect you with compatible matches, let our admin team verify profiles before they go live, send you notifications about matches and messages, respond to your enquiries, and improve Florence over time.
Family involvement
If you choose to involve a family member in your profile, we only share the information necessary for that role, and only with your consent.
Photo privacy
Your photos are kept hidden from other members by default and are only revealed once a match becomes mutual and consent is provided.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal information, except where we’re required to retain it for legal or security reasons.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You can also update most of your profile details directly within the app.
